Guidelines Council Elects New Officers -- Goes On Line

ST. LOUIS, Missouri -- The Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP), the group coordinating the updating of the Mercy guidelines, held their annual meeting Oct. 23-24.

The CCGPP board, which represents every major chiropractic organization in the U.S., has recruited some of the top chiropractic authorities on guidelines to be part of their commission on guidelines.

With an eye toward completing several of the guideline projects in the upcoming year, the CCGPP representatives will be attending the latest programs on practice guidelines sponsored by the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research.

New Officers

The annual meeting saw the election of new CCGPP officers, chiropractors all:

Chairman: Leonard Suiter
Vice chairman: John Pammer
Secretary: Arlan Fuhr
Treasurer: Eugene Lewis

Director-at-large: Rick McMichael (immediate past chairman)
